Casie takes her job seriously. From the minute we got approved, I knew who I was calling. I had been hammering my husband about her & I wasn’t going with anyone else. I met Casie when our oldest were toddlers. I worked with her mom at the same preschool. A very sweet family. Casie met up with me several days of the week to look at two or three houses. Casie gives her all & her heart. She knew how special this was to us. We worked so hard and prepped to be in a position to buy for over two years. We found a perfect lender that was able to pre approve us for up to $121,000 in down payment assistance to help us on the purchase of our first home . Not only did this home meet the basic needs of our family like the amount of rooms , location and upgrades but this home allowed our children to continue to go to the same school they were enrolled in. From the beginning I told Casie what we were looking for. It wasn’t easy for her. We had a max purchase price we couldn’t go over. Casie was God sent to us. We can’t thank her enough for helping us make this dream come true.
