Casie takes her job seriously. From the minute we got approved, I knew who I was calling. I had been hammering my husband about her & I wasn’t going with anyone else. I met Casie when our oldest were toddlers. I worked with her mom at the same preschool. A very sweet family. Casie met up with me several days of the week to look at two or three houses. We found a perfect lender that was able to pre approve us for up to $121,000 in down payment assistance to help us on the purchase of our first home . Not only did this home meet the basic needs of our family like the amount of rooms , location and upgrades but this home allowed our children to continue to go to the same school they were enrolled in. From the beginning I told Casie what we were looking for. It wasn’t easy for her. We had a max purchase price we couldn’t go over. Casie was God sent to us. We can’t thank her enough for helping us make this dream come true.

Casey was very personal, very upfront about everything. She got my mom the best deal and closed on the house pretty fast. This will be there the only realtor I ever go through.
