Casey recently helped me sell a rental property in Marysville. Although this is not his usual area (he had come referred to me), he helped to research home values, etc., so we had the right strategy. He also went out of his way to help get the home ready (cleaning fixtures, changing door locks, installing a new air filter) so I would not need to make an additional trip myself. He was also helpful in reviewing the various offers and getting top dollar for the property. I would recommend him.
