I can't give enough positive feedback for our experience buying a home (in a crazy Austin market!!) with Casey Rue. When you've fallen in love with a home, it's impossible to keep your emotions out of decision making. Casey helped us navigate the process with sound logic and positivity. He encouraged us to write a letter to the seller describing why we love the house, which resulted in the seller accepting our offer without countering. He was also a huge help during the inspection process and gave excellent feedback on what was a big deal vs. minor. His caring and "can do" attitude went a long way with a difficult seller. And we ended up getting an incredible deal by following his advice. We paid the lowest $/SF in our zip code! Casey treated us like family and gave us confidence in every decision we had to make. We are so happy with our home, our investment, and the entire process.
