In January of 2020 were contemplating selling our upscale home on Rock Creek and decided to interview a number of agents. We called Casey because he has sold a number of homes in our area. Although he is knowledgeable with the area, he was pretty far off the mark with the value of our home. His ability to assess higher end homes is obviously lacking as all of the agents suggested a listing price for more than double of what Casey suggested. Although houses are selling fast in 2020, they are not selling for more than double what a realistic value is, had we gone with Casey's advice we would have lost an obscene amount of money. In addition to our home selling for more than double of his recommendation, it is one of the fastest selling houses on Rock Creek. Casey is a nice guy, but he is antiquated in his approach and ability to evaluate higher end homes. His idea to have something sell fast and not sit on the market is to price it low instead of looking into real marketing. He was also the only agent that did not take their shoes off in the house and he left mud and scuff marks on our concrete floor with his boots.
