There is no one else I would recommend more than Casey for selling or buying a house. He is extremely Driven and had my house sold within a month. He is very reliable and responsive. When I need something done he does it that day. He is currently in the process of assisting me in finding a new house. When I want to look at something he is on it. He has arrived early for all of our scheduled appointments. He has excellent negotiating skills and pays attention to the details.

Casey has been nothing short of a blessing in my home search. My home in GA was not my first home purchase but when I tell you there's a night and day difference between my experience with Casey and my first realtor for my home in Florida I am not exaggerating. We started our search in Toccoa and Clarksville, and while he absolutely curated a house hunt list that should have fit the bill, upon further research we found jobs in my husband's industry were too far for reasonable commutes to and from work. We pivoted our search to Snellville, while the area was out of his local knowledge base he researched the area, ensured we would be in a safe space and still have our needs met- my husband's need to be near work and my need to be close but away from civilization. Between Toccoa and Snellville and their surrounding areas- We toured easily over 50 houses and his positivity and optimism never once wavered. Once we found the house his partner in financing was equally as impressive with her care and expertise. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions one can make and Casey never once made my husband or I feel pressured to "hurry up and pick something"- we would spend 8 hour days together on the road critiquing the best and the worst of what we have seen.
