We ran into problems with our lender not being familiar with the va loan process and she linked us up with a top notch lender who got us closed in a matter of weeks! Casey was always very patient and caring about our needs. We were very picky buyers and were on a crunch time to purchase a home and Casey accommodated our needs and just never gave up on us. Casey was very knowledgeable of the market value of the homes we were looking at and even helped us negotiate a buyers incentive that was not officially offered at the purchase of our home. She also helped us negotiate a handicap rail to be installed prior to our closing of the home. She just kept listening to our needs and just kept showing us homes after homes until we fell in love with our current home. Once our decision was made to purchase our home we had to go back to New Jersey and Casey just kept us informed. Every step of the way. We loved working with Casey and would Highly recommend her to anyone that asks us. What originally attracted us to continue to work with Casey was her quick responses and her go getter attitude. We had started to work with other realtors and always left them because they would take us to look at homes and wait for us at the door to see if we had any questions not Casey and walked the entire homes with us and answered any questions that we had immediately during the walks. With other Realtors they never got us to that comfort level. If we ever sell our home or buy more realtor we Definity will use Casey again.

Casey was professional and organized, she first went beyond my expectations for virtual viewings. She filmed long videos on her phone of the properties for us, showing problem areas and details of the houses we were looking at. Afterwards she negotiated with sellers realtor to get us a better deal on repairs in the property. I think for our first home purchase it felt very effortless on our end. She did a great job.
