Casey is great to work with. He knows what he's doing and is easy to engage with. He's great at handling the curve balls that sellers (and buyers) face in the transaction negotiation process. He is very skillful at working through inspection issues and lender surprises. We closed on a sale in early February '20. I highly recommend Casey.
