Casey went on an adventure with us to find our new off grid home hidden in the woods. This was a good sign and she closed the deal under asking. The purchase was a bit complicated as the house is off grid and was a second home (to become my primary residence). I also lived 900 miles away and she took care of everything with local contractors. She helped research comps and talked to the seller's agent to negotiate, and ultimately find an acceptable offer. She's responsive, professional, helpful, patient, gets answers to questions, and just got the job done. I had several VERY helpful and clarifying phone calls with her throughout. Casey, thank you! I felt very uneasy as Casey was my agent. I felt pressured by the prospective buyer and thought everything was supposed to go thru Casey.
