Experienced with HOAs and management companies and gathers documents and budgets up front. Always prompt to schedule showing of homes when I requested to see a place. Provided feedback and recommendations on how to proceed with offers and closing details. Casey is always available - he is always working. He responds quickly and will schedule showings around your schedule. I have a hybrid work schedule and I was never inconvenienced for a showing or open house.
