This review was long overdue! Casey Elia was like an angel heaven sent our way when we decided to look for our first home. From the moment we walked into her offices she was very welcoming and warm. She took the time to listen to our wish list and helped us shape our house search accordingly. She was extremely knowledgeable and took initiative to introduce us to lovely neighborhoods that we hadn't even considered; our dream home ended up being in one of them. She worked with us weekends and even on superbowl night to make sure we got what we wanted. Once we found our home, she connected us with a great team of experts who helped us through the overwhelming process of buying a house. In sum, Casey was everything we asked for and then more! Her best quality is perhaps her personality and kindness; she really took her time to get to know us and we felt that she cared about us not only as our agent but also as out friend. Casey is phenomenal. She was always available, day or night and even weekends when we needed her. We found our home on a Sunday afternoon and met with her that night to put an offer down. She has a wealth of knowledge in regards to the real estate industry. My fiancé and I felt fully prepared when we put an offer on our home. Casey's negotiation skills are top notch too. She got us a credit of $3,000 off of our closing costs. She is also very generous. After closing she gave us a vintage Ethan Allen mahogany dining room table as well as a mahogany 1940s buffet to help us furnish our home. Casey has helped several members of my family buy and sell homes and has always exceeded our expectations.
