I am a planner and researcher. I had all these wonderful ideas about how to go about buying a home and what was needed. Fortunately I didn't follow through with my plans of waiting until I had 20% down and Summer time when more homes are offered up for sale (that was my thought anyway) to start our search for the right home for us, and one that we could afford. After listening to him, working his approach to home buying, and reviewing our needs and wants, we ended up with a home that far exceeded our wildest dreams and for less we would have thought possible.
