Casey was amazing and any question me or my wife had she answered it and insured that we had everything that we needed before closing. Can't say enough here about Casey. She went out of her way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I was traveling often for work during the sale and Casey was able to take care of many tasks, outside the norm of what I've seen from other realtors, to assist in the closing while I was away. Specifically, she brought her own power washer over to clean the exterior of the home (requested by the buyer), brought her husband over to make some repairs on my wooden fence (requested by buyer), and made a last minute run over to my house the day before closing to finish up some key cleaning items (specifically requested by the buyer) that the cleaning company I hired missed! Overall very responsive and not afraid to get dirty to get the job done. Thanks Casey!
