I recently was in contact with Caryn about a rental property in New Hope. Though it didn’t end up being a good fit for my family. I wanted to give Caryn a good review. She was so helpful! Really went above, & beyond. Responded promptly. She also asked what our needs were,& sent more listings. I’m impressed with her work ethic.

I went to an open house on a property she listed. I thought the property was very overpriced and remarked to her about it. Before I even tried to provide my reasoning, she cut me off and began to let me know she was the expert and she personally evaluated it and it was priced just right. Maybe she should buy it then. She had no interest in understanding my concerns or even asking me if i would like to see other properties or even take any personal information. I intended to have her represent me as the buyer if she showed interest. I would avoid this realtor for any future real estate business.
