Cary Sanders

Working with Cary was such a pleasure, from beginning to end! We looked at many houses and we always appreciated his input. Living in the area for a long time, he has a lot of valuable information that a prospective buyer may not know (like "this house is on a flight path for the local airport", etc). His expertise were also essential when we had to back out of a house due to some issues after the inspection. We finally found the right house and Cary helped us find a local mortgage company, which made all of the paperwork easy and fast! We highly recommend Cary, as he is very prompt with communication and will work diligently to make sure everything is progressing as it should, in a timely manner. He is also very personable, fun and honest, which is extremely valuable when buying a house (which can tend to be stressful).
