Cary Amo has provided my husband and I objective market advice on the purchase of investment property. He is knowledgeable in the drivers for an investment, different than a primary home and this is the 3rd investment home we have purchased with his guidance. He understands our objectives, stays abreast of the market and only suggests properties that he knows fit out objectives. He is truly our partner and we have been very pleased with the results. Cary, has an expert grasp of buildings and issues, he has steered us clear of properties that had issues that would be difficult from an investment point of view.
