Carver was not only patient he listened to the things I was asking for. He was very much on board with not letting me steer me away from what I was looking for and if he heard any hesitation he made sure I wasn’t just settling. Although the home I decided on was not in the area I was considering at the time he thought it fit all my boxes and was worth checking out and I couldn’t have asked for a better match for myself and children. He got back to me always right away even when I had questions after hours and I felt like I was bothering him. Even after when I have reached out with any questions I may have being a first time home buyer if he can’t help me he will direct me right where I need to go. He never once felt pushy like he was just trying to sell a house. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Carver is a great agent. I would totally buy a house with him again. He cares about his clients and takes time to ask questions about what homes they like vs. dislike, and why. He is very thorough and super helpful. He is the sort of realtor that will drop everything to help you find a house and take you on a tour of multiple houses across multiple days. He even took us aside and let us know that not one, but two, (!!) of the houses we were looking at were the scenes of a violent crime, and asked whether that changed whether or not we still wanted to see the houses or not.
