Navigating the maze of “to do’s” when purchasing a property

I called Carter on a September Friday about a home I wanted to see. He arranged a visit Sunday. We liked the property very much and the sellers accepted our offer on Tuesday. Then we left town for a month. During our month away, Carter kept me up on every document, email, and text I needed to address. He answered any question I had promptly. He attended our closing this week and went over the mountain of documents I signed then. He found a $1500 error where I had overpaid and made sure I was refunded the amount. Carter gives his personal time to make sure the buyer can accomplish all the needed paperwork submissions, inspections, and appraisals required. Even after the sale is complete he has recommended electricians, plumbers, and handymen to me for some jobs I wanted to complete. I would certainly recommend Carter Rowland to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. He has done both for me and will make it as easy as possible for other clients, I am sure.
