Hi, I’m Carrie.
Real estate is what I do, but relationships are why I do it.
My world revolves around my family, my granddaughter, my friends, and the community I live in. I love staying connected, being involved, and creating a life that feels full. Whether that’s hosting something, jumping into a local event, or starting a craft project I may or may not finish, I enjoy building things that last. That includes the relationships I have with my clients.
I’ve been in real estate long enough to know that buying or selling a home is not just paperwork and numbers. It is emotion, timing, money, and big decisions all rolled into one. I take that seriously. I’ve worked extensively with Veteran buyers and understand how important it is to have someone who knows the VA process inside and out. But truly, I work with anyone who wants honest advice and someone steady guiding the way.
Most of my business comes from referrals and past clients. That tells me I am doing this the right way. I am not interested in being a transaction you barely remember. I want to be the person you call years later when you have a question, need a contractor, are thinking about refinancing, or your cousin is moving to town.
I genuinely love the marketing side of this job too. I enjoy creating social media videos, showcasing homes in a way that stands out, and helping my clients feel proud of how their property is presented. It is fun, creative, and it works.
At the end of the day, I am straightforward, loyal, and protective of the people I represent. I will guide you, keep you informed, negotiate hard, and make sure you feel confident in your decisions. And when closing day comes and goes, I am still here.
Because this is not just about houses. It is about building something that lasts.
