Entering into buying a home, my husband and I knew pretty much exactly what we were looking for, and we were both pretty stubborn people when it came to our wish list. In the current housing market with such small inventory and our budget to consider, Carrie had her work cut out for her! Not only was she extremely patient with us and not pushy at all (which we both needed as first time home buyers) but she was also always straight with us, incredibly responsive, and helped us to see the potential of each property. She often went out of her way to support us through the whole process and answer all of the many, many questions we had. In the end, I credit her entirely with getting us our house through her ability to make a positive relationship with the selling agent and her great communication, despite multiple other offers. We ended up with the perfect house for our little family. I can’t wait for the memories we will make in it (hopefully some with Carrie and her amazing family!).

Carrie is superwoman! I worked with Carrie for about 7-8 months because I had a really tight budget, was working with many different grant and homeownership programs, and was trying to make a miracle happen as a first time homebuyer in this chaotic market. Carrie helped me make a miracle happen! She always was so quick to reply and extremely responsive, which is so important when homes disappear if you blink too long. Carrie answered calls and texts within seconds or minutes. I know I was a tough client with my needs and my budget, but Carrie didn't try to sway me into something I was uncomfortable with and she stuck by my side for a long time, never giving up hope for me. Carrie went above and beyond always - including on her weekends away with her family when she was out of service, she would intermittently drive back to in-range service to check on her clients. There was never once a time in 7-8 months where I could not get in touch with Carrie and there were plenty of times where I expected her to be unreachable, yet she still found a way to be available for me. Even after closing, Carrie has been so helpful and continues to go above and beyond for me. Carrie has fought for me over and over again and I truly am thankful for everything she did to make homeownership possible for me. Anyone would be lucky to have Carrie as a realtor. Beyond real estate, Carrie has become a friend to me. Like I said - Carrie is superwoman and anyone would be luck to have her as their realtor.

After stumbling through the buying process for over 1.5 years with another agent. I was desperately in search of an agent that would be vocal in their opinions about various properties, be prompt with inquiries, and firm in their communication. She brought all of these traits with her despite obvious physical discomfort in being pregnant. She made the whole process above water and kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Carrie knew what to look for and point out when looking at real estate. She was aware of all regulations and precautions when buying a country home. She was always prompt to respond to requests and arrange viewings. She was very thorough in making sure all documents!! were filed and in order for closing. Moving from the east coast presented challenges including a large portion of Colorado under consideration as our landing point. but Carrie clearly put us first and made our house hunting trip a huge success. I dont believe my review will do justice of how fantastic this service was. Carrie has exemplified in white glove treatment. She has truly taken care of me as if I was part of her close family. Her communication is world class and her emotional intelligence makes me feel so comfortable. Every decision and advice she provided, I had an immense amount of trust in her because I truly felt like we were a team. Of course this whole process of closing was difficult, but if I did not have her by my side, I know for a fact that I would be in abysmal. I recommend her to all of my peers who are ever interested in buying a home. With her by your side, you will win no matter what.
