Being from out of town, we wanted a real estate agent who knew the Orlando area well, especially lesser known nice neighborhoods, and was able to give personal service. This made it easy to cross-check info we spotted in other online sources. If a listing didn't answer a question we had, a quick text to Carrie was all it took to get the info we needed.
