Carrie is the realtor who’s top priority is you. She is so charismatic and has great communication skills. I have utilized her for dozens of transactions and each time we have been amazed of her ability to make the process less problematic. Whether it was a home purchase or sale she has gone out of her way to simplify our deal. Not only is she our realtor for life she has become such a great friend of our entire family. I am so grateful for all of her hard work and concern for our well being.

We have had the good fortune to have had Carrie help us with buying 4 homes and selling 3 in the last 11 years. They have all gone perfectly, we have owned 9 homes and Carrie by far is the best realtor we have ever used. All of her transaction were handle so professionally and she was always been on top of everything, had the answers we needed and always looking for potential problems so she could head them off before they became an issue. Carrie gave us advise we asked for about our rental and with her help that rental went 5 years flawlessly from purchase to sale, her help made that a very good money making investment. Carrie looked after every detail from start to finish. Being Canadian and not being able to get to our property, Carrie handled everything right down to helping coordinate movers of furniture and getting trades people to complete deficiencies listed on the contract. She always had lovely touches in the home (flowers throughout) during showings as well and knew best how to market the home. (It sold in 5 days) She is thorough, and even came with us to the Title office to ensure all the documentation was in order when we were able to come down to Nevada to finalize the sale. I cant recommend Carrie enough, she was superb and most helpful and made the sale of the property go smoothly. Thanks Carrie, you were absolutely wonderful!!
