She was great!
We sold our home shortly after COVID-19 started changing things so she was as knowledgeable as anyone could have been on the current market. She estimated we would get less than we did for the sale price (COVID changes) but she didn’t pressure us to accept lower offers and worked to get us the amount we needed for our new place. She gave great suggestions of the things we needed to do to the house to get the amount out of it we needed. She gave good advice on the offers that came in and had obviously had a lot of experience knowing serious offers vs iffy ones and high maintenance or secretly stingy ones vs. the right ones. She was great to work with and took care of things.
