Carrie was an excellent agent. We were recommended her from our neighbors who sold their home a year earlier. We were very impressed with the photos they used and the open house that we attended. Carrie ended up representing us and we didn't need photos or an open house because she already had a team member with potential buyers. We had an idea in our mind what we might be looking for in a sale price. Carrie convinced us our house was worth more and pushed for even more. She was very fast with responses and answered any questions we had. What also set Carrie apart was just how calming she is and understanding. I didn't want to move. We had just moved two years prior and I loved our house, but a new job meant we had to relocate. Admittedly, I was absolutely a difficult and at times, obnoxious, client to have because I just didn't want to move and felt like I was being forced. This obviously had nothing to do with Carrie but, because she was the "face" of selling the house, she got the brunt of my emotions. Despite that unfair treatment by a client, she never waivered with patience, understanding and care. She was excellent. We sold our house MUCH higher than we ever expected and without a single speedbump or hurdle. I can't recommend her enough if you need an agent to represent you in the Merrimack Valley/Nashoba Valley region. She and her sister Joelle make an absolute excellent team!
