Our family was so blessed to find Carrie. We didn’t know where to start or what do but Carrie explained everything that needed to get done and lead us through the entire process. We met Carrie through a referral from our listing agent out of state. We knew we wanted to move to the Denver area, but had not quite narrowed down an exact neighborhood. Carrie took quite a bit of time to get to know us, our interests, our non-negotiables, budget, etc. before recommending 3-4 areas. She was incredibly consultative as we got to know the area. When we flew out to visit the area, she had 5-6 properties ready to go and schedule as soon as we landed and really pushed us to not so much decide on this house vs. that one, but to just feel out what we liked, what our tastes were and use these experiences to help calibrate on our perfect home. We did not end up finding our home on that first visit, so we kept in touch with Carrie on a nearly daily basis monitoring the market and seeing which homes we thought she should visit. Carrie was able to articulate all of the key facts of any home to us virtually through video tours, and we debriefed at length with her following each visit. All in all, she likely visited over a dozen homes without us there. When it came to putting together an offer, Carrie did as much pre-work as possible so that we were well informed and knew what levers to pull, and how effective each would be. She also helped us remain prudent and objective on when bidding was getting out of hand, and helped us know when these offers were going into territories that weren't in our best long term investment interests. When we did find the house, Carrie had made an effective relationship with the buyer's agent and was able to relay our sentiments and present us in the strongest light. We ended up making an offer that we felt was very fair, even in a crazy market. Through the inspection and closing process, we were able to leverage Carrie's incredible network and she was able to get people on-site to answer questions in typically one day. Carrie is so well prepared and earned our complete trust from start to finish.

I talked to multiple realtors in the beginning and Carrie instantly stood out as the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with. Once Carrie had an idea of places I was interested in she would send me great listings that fit was I looking for. Between the ones her and I found, we saw almost 30 of them in 3 weeks! She was patient with my pickiness, pointed out tons of things that I would have missed (and frankly a lot of friends’ realtors missed) that were major deal breakers for certain houses. When it came to offers she was super quick, and clever with how to set up the offer to compete in this crazy market even though I didn’t have money that some other buyers were bringing to the table, nor did I have it in all cash. The offers I lost out on went way above asking and way above anything I was comfortable with paying, so there was nothing Carrie could have done to change that. One of the final houses we saw ended up being the one we landed and Carrie did an excellent job working with the seller’s agent to push them toward my offer. Couldn’t be happier with Carrie’s job or the house I got! After closing she even worked with the seller’s agent and seller to allow me to do a walk through with the seller to help me learn some of the nuances to this great home.
