Carrie helped me find my lovely home within a week after I first contacted her. Not like a realtor I had before, Carrie carefully listened to what features of the house that I was looking for, and within a week, I made my offer which is less than asking price but is more than the appraisal. She also recommended a loan processor that gave me a better rate. Even after I moved into my new home, Carrie still helped with couple of things I needed (since I just moved here from OR).
