Above and Beyond!

My wife and I are big fans of Carrie King and her team. Not only did they help us purchase our new home, but they helped us sell our old home as well. We had to sell our old home quickly. Carrie put us in touch with the right people to make our house look amazing, she helped us develop a strategy, and we were able to sell our home above asking price. Our new home is in Norton Commons, which my wife and I did not know much about. Carrie did a great job educating us on the pros and cons of Norton Commons. She helped us put in and offer, helped us negotiate the deal, and even set us up with movers. I think I have been most impressed with her actions after we closed on the new house. At that point, you usually don't hear from your real estate agent anymore. She reached out multiple times to see how we were doing and how the house was working out for us. There were a couple of minor things with the home that we might have been able to figure out ourselves, but she stepped in and led the charge on getting all of the issues resolved. It took a few months, but she was very persistent. We are now settled in, and we love our new home! I would strongly recommend Carrie King and her team! She is a class act, and she is full of knowledge. She has a strong desire to help, and always responds very promptly.
