A house I had hoped to get came back on the market very late one evening. I texted Carrie at 12:30 am asking if we should put an offer in quickly expecting to hear from her in the morning...2 min later she texts me that she is already texting with, and receiving responses from, the listing agent. We worked hard between 12:30 am and 3 am to get that offer done and signed. I loved working with her and my mortgage broker also had glowing remarks. This past weekend I moved into my dream home!
