Carrie is great. She has a warm and fun energy, but clearly was professional and knowledgeable about the inner-workings of all steps of the process. She did a lot of critical info-hunting work for our home purchase. For example, we needed clarity on the exact location and history of our property lines, and Carrie went out of her way to get all the relevant records from the county to clarify murky details. This included an easement and the property lines after being sold off into parcels, all of which she was able to walk us through.
