One of the first things I share upfront when working with Carrie to buy a home was that I was absolutely in no way interested in a 2-story home. I was adamant about findng a one-level home. She sent me photos of a patio home that had just been placed on the market and I immediately responded with, "No way! I see steps up to a second floor. Not interested." Carrie persuaded me to meet her at the home to take a look as the "second floor" was really a "loft space used as an office." Well, I fell in love with that "loft space used as an office" that was on a second floor :) Having an office area physically separate from my living area has really made a difference in my production when I work from home. I'm so grateful that Carrie's experience and understanding led to me to house with a second floor office space that I am thrilled to call home.
