I knew as soon as I met Carrie Brown she was the realtor for me. She made me feel very comfortable and she was so personable and knowledgable about my area. She was very confident about setting the asking price and that is exactly what I got for it. She was very responsive and held my hand through the entire process. I am so thankful for the things she taught me. She was always on time for our appts. Such a pleasant person to work with. So kind and thoughtful. She even brought me Starbucks to our appts. Who does that these days? I was very impressed how knowledgeable she was about the area. She was so helpful about schools, places to shop, how far from malls, restaurants, the medical district in my area. I had looked at another area and she showed me this home in another area and it really was a better location for my needs. While friendly and helpful, she was such a professional. I almost felt like I was looking with my younger sister. If you want a smooth sailing trip and someone who carries you through the whole process answering all your phone calls immediately or calls right back. Answers all your concerns and questions.
