Carrie was an absolute joy to work with. My friend and I were embarking on our first apartment searching experience with a few very particular requests - pets allowed, location, room layout, balcony/patio, and separate bathrooms. Every step of the way, she was ready to address each need and troubleshoot some places to fully understand what we were looking for. Even though it took some time, she never let us give up hope! Carrie also communicated with the landlords and owners quickly and sent over any documents in a timely manner. Working with her was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend anyone to do the same. Thank you for everything, Carrie! We LOVE our condo!

Carrie was an absolute pleasure throughout my entire experience! In the sixth month process of finding a rental property, I spoke with nearly a dozen agents. Each time I was met with a fatalistic attitude and told “good luck” in a sarcastic tone. Carrie was quick to change my negative outlook on the process. She immediately found properties that suited my needs, and was so incredibly patient and understanding. Ms. Bishop was available to answer all questions, and responded to even the toughest of inquiries within the hour. Carrie went above and beyond in all aspects of the job, and truly is meant to be in this business. I never felt as though she was rushing me through the processes to collect a paycheck and move on (the attitude I was met with prior to meeting Carrie).
