She compared similar property listings and recommended appropriate sale price. Once listed, Carri followed up with clear direction wrt to required documents so all I had to do was sign where noted. All of her efforts and guidance resulted in an accepted offer within the first week and closing within 3 weeks of initial listing. No issues during the transaction; could not have been any smoother!
