She went above and beyond as if it were the minimum standard. She was dedicated in making sure my needs were respected and my wants were always a priority. Carolyn worked with the seller's agent to make sure the sale was exactly what I wanted. Her communication skills are amazing, often responding within minutes and when that wasnt the case it was within hours of my reaching out. She followed through with tasks and getting me info in a timely manner and when thst easnt possible, she was open with the progress or identifying where the stall was. If there was something she couldnt do, she was open about why it was outside her ability, be it legal/ethical or it being someone else's required responsibility. Even months after my closing, Carolyn was immediately responsive in helping me find documentation for an unrelated need. I will be referring anyone in the area to her, no matter their real estate needs.
