Carolyn is a lovely warm gracious lady. She was very happy to let me ask a lot of questions and answered them honestly and fairly. I knew nothing about real estate, without Carolyn, I would still know nothing. I feel that she treated me, as the seller, very fairly. Carolyn kept in touch with me at all times and informed me o f everything transpiring.

Carolyn lives in Hartstene Pointe and was the obvious agent to contact when I chose to sell my lot. We met on the property and she showed me all of the listings that were available. She said I should have the downed tree limbs and old brush cleaned up to make the lot more attractive. She knew of someone that would do the job and haul it away. I okayed that and we discussed the prices and settled on 52k. With no offers for six month she suggested trying 49k. When an offer of 45k came in she said the market is heating up and I should stay at 49k. The offer countered at 47k but Carolyn said let's stay at 49k. We accepted the new offer of 49k. Carolyn handled everthing for me. She did an excellent job for me.
I had already listed a property at Hartstene Pointe with Carolyn and mentioned it was time to sell my Smith Cove lot. I live in Lacey WA and did not want to be involved in researching any information that was needed in placing a value on the property. I told Carolyn to come up with a price and then we would talk. Part of her job was to check out the water supply and she found that there was a problem with the water quality. She kept on top of the problem until it was solved. Carolyn said we should start high at 110k but I thout we should be below the 100k mark so we settled on 95k. After being on the marker for 11 months she advised me to not take the first offer of 75k or the second offer of 80k but I decided to take a counter offer of 83k. Carolyn kept in contact me at all times during this sale. She did a excellent job for me.
