We met Carolyn at a home we called on for a showing that she was listing. From the moment we called she was prompt in returning our call, and very thorough and knowledgeable about the property listed. We then knew we would like to use her as our agent as well. We didn't end up purchasing the home she showed us, but later found something better suited to our needs. She guided us through the process of purchasing our home and then selling our current home. With the latest technology we found it most helpful to sign documents on the fly, email, text and social media, she is on top of it! She makes it a point to attend both selling and buying closings and gets the appropriate people involved to help through the process. It almost seems "too easy" on our end, she did all the work!
