There's so much to say about Carolyn I don't know where to start. We first met Carolyn when we were looking to rent a bigger home. She showed us a few and told us that we should look into buying. We tried that route a few times before without success so didn't 't think this time would be any different. But Carolyn assured us she would walk us through the entire process. And stick with us until we were home owners and she did just that. From helping us find the resources to improve our scores, educating us on the home buying process, allowing us to vent, calming our nerves and steering us in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods we visited and stayed on top of what was on the market. She really got to know who we were as a family and our needs it showed in the homes she chose to show us. We started working with Carolyn in February and closed on a home June 30th.
