We were looking to find a oceanfront or riverfront condo for our future retirement.  We did our research online looking for condos and we signed up for Carolyn’s email updates via Coastal Estates website.  Once we found one we liked, we contacted Carolyn.  She was quick to respond and started giving us information about the condo.  The first condo did not work for us.   We started working closer with Carolyn and since we did not live in Florida she went to any property we were interested in and she provided us pictures and YouTube videos. We loved how she was always honest and direct with us.  Plus she would let us know if she thought it was not the right fit for us.  We went through several condos before we found the right one. Carolyn and Jen helped us through the process of purchasing the condo and being out of staters they made it as painless as possible.  They did a great job and even gave our a condo an extra cleaning!  We highly recommend Carolyn and would certainly use her again in the future!

We saw s house house on an internet site which we were interested in seeing. We called Carolyn, who had already showed us few houses, to see if we could take a look. She said she would check it out and found out that there were two contracts on the house that were being presented to the seller at noon. We didn't have time to get there to see the house. Carolyn said we could put an offer in sight unseen, and knowing the area where it was located, what we should offer. We asked Carolyn to put an offer in and we started out to look at the house. It was just what we were looking for, and it is now our home.
