We have used Carolyn Ponder on multiple sales and purchases over the years. It is such a blessing to work with an agent with 30+ years of experience who loves what she does. She knows the market and understands her client's needs and concerns that are part of the selling/buying process. Her negotiation skills and professionalism are above par, which only comes from her years of experience. In today's world of realtors, it is refreshing to deal directly with THE expert, and not a 'team' of people you don't even know. We want to know we are trusting our investment with an agent who not only cares about doing the best job for her clients, but when we hire her, we get HER. She actually picks up the phone and talks to you. It is important for us to be worth more than a bunch of text messages. We also appreciate that Carolyn has always been honest about what is realistic given current market conditions. Many agents will mirror back what you expect just to get the listing.
