Carolyn was always there to answer any questions that I had. She also gave me good advice on things that I should do and should not do. Because of Carolyn's hard work and dedication, my house sold fast.

First of all, meeting Mrs. Carolyn was a pleasure. Our first meeting was a video meeting which was very convenient for us. We expressed to her what type of home we were looking for and she then proceeded to let us know what we needed to work on to get that home. She encouraged us to take it one step at a time and we will get there, and she was right. During the purchase of our home Mrs. Carolyn walked with us letting us know what we need to look for to ensure the home was built correctly and that we will be satisfied with it. She often encouraged us to ask her questions. She attended all of our walk throughs which was very helpful. With her expertise she guided us on what to look for; something simple as door stops behind the doors was missing and as serious as the floor was uneven. We are very thankful she was with us every step of the way. We will always be grateful for her patience and guidance in the process.
