Carolyn knows the market and everything it takes to get there as soon as possible. My life changed due to an illness, and without warning, I needed to sell my home of 27 years. I requested that she work with my relatives at first, and later with me. She took care of the repairs that were needed to sell the home. She did the estate sale. She prepared the home for sale. It sold on the first day for more than I expected!!! I could not travel to the closing, so she brought the paperwork and notary to me, approximately 1.5 hours away. She arranged everything that I could not do!!!
