I met Carolyn when she was searching for a home for a client in Florida. She ask if she could do a video walk through-I explained don’t even know what that is, but yes, you can. I was selling a home for my parents so we were a For Sale By Owner. I was lucky I ran into Carolyn as there is more to selling a home than listing it.
