We had a very difficult buyer. There were days when I was ready to give up. We made it to close for above original asking price. Ron always returned calls and gave me good advice, which I did not always want to hear. The Ron and Carolyn know the market and work hard for their clients and customers. Ron held the deal together, when others might have walked away. Carolyn and Ron make a great team working together for the benefit of their clients.

In 2013 she helped me purchase my first NTX home. In 2017 she helped me sell that home when we relocated to the DC area. In 2020 I was called back to NTX and she was a godsend. I had to relocate during the height of the pandemic and we found and contracted on a beautiful home all done virtually! Her professionalism, market knowledge and beautiful spirit are second to none!

Having to relocate to Dallas I had a bit of apprehension. My relocation company recommended Carolyn who's husband Ron works along side her. Before I had a chance to contact her she had already reached out to me, she was extremely pleasant talkative and genuinely seemed concerned about my needs. When arriving in Dallas I proceeded my wife and while I was not immediately ready to purchase a home until my wife came for house hunt Carolyn and Ron assisted me in viewing numerous homes, while helping me learn the area. When my wife arrive it was the start of a three day marathon of house viewing and they listened to our needs were concerned with what our finding the right house. On the third day of viewing nearly 30 homes we settled on a nice home and Carolyn and Ron guided us through the negotiation with a difficult seller and within 26 days we had closed. I cannot thank them enough for making a difficult move seem easy when it came to our home purchase.
