Carolyn joined Gurney Becker & Bourne in 2020 as a licensed real estate salesperson. She combines a deep commitment to her hometown, and a strong sense of community, with the desire and skills needed to help clients find their perfect home. Carolyn's wealth of experience includes many years in nonprofit management, fundraising, donor and client services, construction, and politics. Throughout her career, Carolyn has built a proven record of success by listening to clients’ needs and helping them solve problems. She leverages her high level of service and attention to detail and vast professional and personal network to the real estate business to support clients as they achieve their home goals.
Carolyn is a graduate of Hamilton College and received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She currently serves on the Board of Managers for the Buffalo Society of Natural Science (Buffalo Science Museum/Tifft Nature Preserve), the Lexington Cooperative Market, and One Symphony Circle.
Carolyn and her husband, Dr. Reed Stevens, both grew up in the Elmwood Village and have resided in Parkside since 2000, enjoying the marvels of Buffalo’s Frederick Law Olmsted residential neighborhood.
