She even put together a spreadsheet that was quite helpful in working with the builder. Carolyn negotiated for us with the builder to help us get blinds and upgraded flooring. Her guidance in choosing options for the home was extremely helpful. Carolyn stopped by our homesite numerous times while it was being built and sent pictures so we could share in the progress. She was excited for us and with us and even gave us a thoughtful gift at our closing. With Carolyn's guidance, we have purchased a home that we love in a community that we love. Carolyn was so helpful in finding a new home for my mother-in-law. She listened to and understood her needs and presented a number of options. Once we decided to make the offer, she did a great job of negotiating with the seller on the price, as well as requested repairs. Once the contract was accepted, she did a great job of working with us to get the necessary information to the closing attorney and helped us resolve last minute issues in order to have a smooth closing.
