Carolyn is a wonderful Realtor. She knows the Northern Nevada area very well from Tahoe, to Reno, to Sparks. I was searching for my first home and wanted to stay in the Reno area. When we did walk throughs, she gave me her honest opinion about the house (what she liked and what could be worked on).
