My wife and I found a home for sale in Quincy and contracted Carolyn as a buyer's agent. The home was initially ~$100,000 over our budget but Carolyn helped us work through the negotiation process and we purchased the home for $80,000 under asking price. She also worked through some complex permitting issues concerning a finished basement and in-ground pool. Carolyn worked through the complexities of town hall and made sure that all upgrades to the home were issued permits by the city prior to us purchasing the property. Carolyn also helped negotiate with the seller to include the kitchen appliance, kitchenette appliances in the finished basement as well as some furniture that we were interested in. She also made sure that several amendments to the purchase and sale agreement were completed and worked with us after the purchase to force the seller to reinstall a sink in the finished basement that had been disconnected.
