Carolyn is a nice person, but I did not find her very helpful in this process. She set up a site that found a bunch of houses for us based on what we wanted. But it was us digging through and picking homes to go see. From what I understood, I would’ve thought our realtor would narrow down all the choices and give us options based on what we liked. We had repairs we wanted to request our sellers to cover (which they ended up doing) and it felt like Carolyn along with our lender were trying to stop us at every turn. They would keep talking behind the scenes. At every point during our transaction it felt like they were against us more than the sellers. Then we would keep pushing and “magically” everything would fall into place the way we wanted. On top of all this, Carolyn didn’t seem to be in a stable point in her life and it was very apparent. I noticed this and attempted to give her an out (because she also was commuting from Burleson to Bedford) but she insisted she was the person for the job. It was apparent she wanted us to hurry and make a purchase. After one house we saw with no living room and a retaining wall about to burst, she made the comment that we we couldn’t be too picky. One random night as I was being forwarded paperwork to complete on our transaction, Carolyn (over the phone) bursted our crying and venting about being scammed out of a substantial amount of money. It put me in an uncomfortable situation as my realtor was confessing to me that she was scammed out of a lot of money while handling the biggest transaction of my life. This apparent scam also left her without a laptop for a while, further complicating our transaction. Over a month after our transaction, she texted me asking if I could give her a positive review to help her achieve an award. I apologize if anything came across as harsh. I wanted to be transparent in this review process since it seems like that isn’t encouraged.
In the competitive market, Carolyn was able to help our first offer get accepted. The process was quick and easy. When it came to asking for repairs on the house, she was a great advocate for us. Thanks for helping us find a home we love and can grow in!
Carolyn is personable, extremely knowledgeable of the housing market, very approachable, extremely helpful suggesting what to do to prep a house, what to replace or repair, etc. I can’t find all the words that express all that Carolyn as an agent will do for her clients.

She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. When my husband and I saw our listing that Carolyn had put together, we were blown away. All of Carolyn’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. In no time, we had an offer on our home that we accepted. Carolyn walked us through every step from start to finish. I recommend Carolyn to everyone I know.
