We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Carolyn Fleary is patient, understanding, and friendly. She took her time to work with us. She explained everything, so we never entered a new step without knowledge of what to expect. As her client, she will make sure that you are protected in all aspects of the home buying process. She helped my family find and close on our first home. Although the process was intimidating in nature, she honestly held out hand throughout the entire process by sending us tutorial videos on how to understand large documents and contacting others to find out additional information about homes. Carolyn would even hold our baby as we toured homes! She is God-sent! Simply writing a review doesn’t explain or illustrate how passionate, through, easygoing, hands-on, and involved she truly is!
