Carolyn Deserves Way More Than 5 Stars!!

Carolyn has be nothing short of amazing to my husband and I. I met Carolyn in passing several years ago and have since worked with her on three transactions: buying home #1, selling home #1, and buying home #2. I can confidently say that she had our backs through every transaction, every unexpected situation that came up (because no real estate transaction goes without it's hiccups), and is experienced and knowledgeable in her field! She cares about her clients, and it shows! She is flexible and willing to go the extra mile when something urgent comes up. She takes the time to go through details in every contract and is patient with each and every showing (we probably had 25+ showings before closing on our first home). She is incredibly organized and keeps THE best paper trail. She wants the best for her clients, and that includes vetting and ensuring her clients have a great team of lenders, inspectors, photographers, etc. She knows her markets and quickly learns her clients wants / needs. Carolyn never steered us wrong through our many 'firsts.' She is humble, confident, and a bulldog when needed :) I trust her, wholeheartedly, professionally and personally. Carolyn has also become a great friend over the past 4 years, and I know she was put in my life for a reason! Although we are happily settled into our beautiful new mountain home, my husband and I look forward to our next purchase with Carolyn! Thank you, Carolyn, for everything!
